Careers
Build Something That Lasts. Build It With Us. At Amod Industries, we don’t just manufacture components — we build careers, capabilities, and people who take pride in what they make.
If you are someone who values discipline, learning, and doing things the right way, you will find your place here.
Why Amod Industries?
For over 45 years, Amod Industries has grown steadily — not by luck, but by investing in the right people. We are a manufacturing company at heart, which means we value hands-on expertise, problem-solving ability, and the kind of work ethic that shows up on the shop floor every single day.
We are a growing organization with expanding facilities, new processes, and ambitious plans — which means there is real room to grow for people who are ready to step up.
Work Culture
Discipline. Respect. Ownership. These three words define how we work at Amod Industries. Our culture has been shaped over decades — by the founders, by long-serving team members, and by every person who chose to stay and grow with us.
What you can expect working with us:
We operate a structured, process-driven environment where everyone understands their role and how it connects to the larger picture. We believe in giving people responsibility early — not as a burden, but as a signal of trust. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities when they are owned honestly and corrected quickly. We celebrate milestones, recognize contributions, and invest in people who invest in themselves.
Our shop floor teams work alongside engineers, quality professionals, and management in an environment that values every function equally. A machine operator who spots a process improvement is heard just as much as an engineer who designs one.
Work is serious here. But so is respect — for people, for craft, and for time.
Training & Skill Development
We believe a manufacturing company is only as strong as the skills of the people running it. Which is why training at Amod Industries is not a one-time induction — it is an ongoing commitment.
For New Joiners:
Every new team member goes through a structured onboarding program covering our processes, quality systems, safety standards, and company values. We want people to hit the ground running — confidently and correctly.
On-the-Job Training:
Our experienced supervisors and engineers work closely with new team members on the shop floor — ensuring skills are built through real work, not just classroom theory. We believe the best learning happens next to a machine, with someone who knows it inside out.
Skill Upgradation:
We regularly identify skill gaps across functions and conduct targeted training — from quality tools and lean manufacturing techniques to machine operation, safety protocols, and digital systems like SAP. Team members are encouraged and supported to pursue relevant certifications and technical qualifications.
Cross-functional Exposure:
As we grow our service offerings — from thermoset molding and sheet metal pressing to assembly and sub-assemblies — team members get exposure to a wide range of processes and technologies. This breadth of experience makes our people more capable, more adaptable, and more valuable.
Who We Are Looking For
We hire across functions — engineering, quality, production, tool room, procurement, logistics, and administration. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to learn.
What matters most to us is not just what you know today — but your attitude, your work ethic, and your willingness to grow.
Whether you are a diploma holder stepping onto your first shop floor, an experienced engineer looking for a more purposeful role, or a quality professional who takes standards seriously — there is a conversation to be had.
